CUTTING EDGE is an orange-brown coloured liquid. It is used as a general purpose cleaner and as an oven cleaner in the bakery, chicken rotisserie and other food preparation areas. 
It is also an excellent degreaser for floors, tiles and other hard surfaces. Its non-caustic based formulation makes CUTTING EDGE a user-friendlier product with greater cutting action.

Fast acting effective removal of baked-on carbon, grease and food from ovens, rotisseries, grids, burners, deep fryers and other surfaces where carbonised oils, fats and grease exist.
CUTTING EDGE can also be used as a multi-purpose cleaner as it is effective in cleaning tiles, floor and walls.
